Late Delivery

If it's past 5:30 pm and you haven't received your order, we're sorry for the inconvenience. Contact us, and we'll resolve the issue right away 😟.

 

Order Issues

If your order arrives late, damaged, or is incorrect, reach out to us. Our team will respond within 24 hours to fix the problem 🤝.

 

Order Cancellation

Orders cancelled within 48 hours of the delivery date aren't eligible for a refund.

For orders cancelled more than 48 hours before the intended delivery, a 50% cancellation charge of the product price will apply. Send a written cancellation notice via email to the shop where you placed the order. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for the purchase 💳.
